SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are processed within 2 - 4  business days when inventory is available, excluding periods of inclement weather, holidays and during processing a high volume of orders.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

Tracking information (if applicable) will be provided to you via the email address you provide at the time of checkout.

Local Hand Delivery is available in Coastal Fairfield County in the following zip codes:

Address must be provided at check out. Delivery will be made within 2 - 4 business days. Please indicate any special delivery instructions at checkout.

International Shipping

International Shipping is unavailable at this time.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Due to the organic nature of our products, items purchased at www.huckleberrycinders.com may only be returned if the product is defective. A defective product is defined as: the wood arrives to the customer wet, moldy, or dirty. Items must be returned in original unused condition within 5 days of receipt of the product, refund will be to the original form of payment or store credit.

RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATIONS

An RMA # is required to return any item(s) to Huckleberry Cinders. Call Huckleberry Cinders Customer Service at 203.399.2365 to obtain the RMA # for your return.  The RMA # must be clearly written on the outside of the shipping container as well as on the packing slip which must be included inside the container.

Customers returning any item(s) without an RMA # will be assessed a 20% restocking fee based on the value of the item(s) returned.

INSTRUCTIONS

 

  1. Obtain an RMA # from  Huckleberry Cinders Customer Service at 203.399.2365

  2. Place the item(s) being returned in an appropriate shipping container and include your original packing slip.

  3. Write the RMA # provided to you by customer service on the packing slip as well as the outside of the box/container.

  4. Ship your return (at customer's expense, unless mutually agreed upon with Customer Service) to:  Huckleberry Cinders, RETURNS, 2500 North Street, Fairfield, CT 06824

  5. For your protection, we recommend returns be sent via a trackable method, e.g. FedEx, UPS or USPS Priority.

  6. Call Customer Service at 2023.399.2365 if you need additional assistance.

 

EXCHANGES

Due to the nature of our products, exchanges are not available at this time.

PROCESSING

Refunds for defective product will be processed within 7 to 10 business days once they arrive at our Returns Center. You can view completed returns and refunds by visiting Your Account and accessing your order history.
