Baby Back Ribs or Spareribs are perfect for this super simple mouthwatering rib recipe. They are awesome at a family barbeque, always the star of the tailgate, and a favorite with your best buddies!

Huckleberry Cinders recommends our organic Oak Wood or Hickory Wood chunks, chips or splits for use in your wood smoker or barbeque grill for Baby Back Ribs.


4 lbs pork Baby Back Ribs or Spareribs

3 to 4 cups Greenfield Hill Barbeque Sauce


1) Cut 4 pounds spareribs into 3 to 4 ribs portions.

2) Simmer in 2 cups water until almost tender (about 1 hour) or cook in Instapot according to manufacturer's directions.

3) Dip each piece in Greenfield Hill BBQ sauce.

4) Grill over hot coals, turning often to brown well. Brush with more BBQ sauce frequently during grilling.
