Huckleberry Cinders recommends this hand blended dry rub seasoning with any of the meats or vegetables you are using in your wood smoker or barbecue grill.
3 T kosher salt
3 T smoked paprika
2 T onion powder
2 T garlic powder
2 T dried oregano
1 T coarsely ground black pepper
1 T light brown sugar
1 T Old Bay Seasoning
1) Mix kosher salt, smoked paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, oregano, black pepper, brown sugar, and Old Bay seasoning together in a sealable container. Seal container and shake to mix.
2) Use generously on meat, chicken, fish or vegetables prior to grilling or smoking.
