Huckleberry Cinders recommends this hand crafted, barbeque sauce with any of the meats or vegetables you are using in your wood smoker or barbecue grill.
INGREDIENTS
2 T butter or margarine
3 T chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped celery
2 T brown sugar
2 T apple cider vinegar
1 T Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 cup ketchup
1 tsp dry mustard
salt and pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
1) Melt butter in a skillet and cook onion and celery until tender.
2) Add remaining ingredients and cook to blend flavors on low heat 15 to 20 minutes.
Makes about 2 cups
